RAD Search are working with a highly regarded design-led architectural studio in the heart of Dublin, currently looking to welcome a Bid Administrator to their team.

The studio has built a brilliant reputation through their quality of work and thoughtful design approach. Our client is a mid-sized team with a collaborative environment; it’s a place where ideas are valued and individuals are given the space to contribute meaningfully.

The Role

You’ll work closely with the BID Manager, Directors and wider design team, supporting the preparation and delivery of tenders, EOIs and other business development activity.

The role will involve helping to prepare pre-tender questionnaires and bid submissions, developing project case studies and practice credentials, coordinating presentations and marketing material, and keeping information organised throughout the process. You’ll also support the team in identifying and pursuing new opportunities.

This would suit someone who is highly organised, a strong communicator and enjoys bringing together people, information and ideas to create polished, well-considered submissions. Previous experience within an architectural, design, engineering or professional services environment would be beneficial. You’ll work closely with an experienced Bid Manager who will provide guidance, support and training as you develop into the role.

Salary

€35,000 to €43,000 per annum. (Dependant on experience)

Benefits

Alongside a competitive salary, the role offers a supportive studio environment, exposure to high-quality design work, involvement in international competitions, flexible and hybrid working, generous annual leave, ongoing CPD support.

If this sounds like something worth exploring, I’d be happy to talk you through it in more detail and give you a better sense of the studio and team. Send over your CV and portfolio and we’ll take it from there.
