Life and Pension Administrator - Wexford

The Role

Working within a small, established Financial Advisory team, you'll support the day-to-day administration of both individual and corporate clients, helping advisors deliver a professional and efficient service.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing new business applications and ongoing administration across Life Assurance, Pensions and Investment products.
  
  

• Supporting the administration of Group Pension and Risk schemes, including renewals, invoicing, joiners and leavers.
  
  

• Liaising with product providers to progress applications, resolve queries and ensure timely policy servicing.
  
  

• Preparing client documentation, reports and information to support financial planning and retirement advice.
  
  

• Managing client records, updating internal systems and monitoring new business pipelines.
  
  

• Acting as a key point of contact for clients and external stakeholders, including HR and Finance teams.
  
  

• Supporting annual client reviews and ensuring all documentation meets relevant compliance and regulatory requirements.
  
  

• Working closely with senior colleagues to improve processes and support the continued development of the local business.
  
  
  
  

Is this you?

• You have 2+ years' administration experience within Life & Pensions..
  
  

• You're organised, detail-oriented and commercially aware, with strong communication skills and an interest in continuing your professional development within Financial Services.
  
  
  
  

What's on offer

• Salary: €40,000 - €45,000.
