We are partnering with an innovative consulting and technology business that helps enterprise organisations transform their customer experience through AI, digital solutions, contact centre optimisation and strategic consulting.

Due to continued growth, they are looking for a Bid & Proposal Writer to join their team and play a key role in creating high-quality proposals that help win new business and support exciting transformation projects.

Working alongside experienced consultants, project teams and subject matter experts, you’ll gain exposure to enterprise clients, emerging technology and some of the most exciting changes happening across customer experience and AI.

About the Role:

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys writing but also loves the coordination and people side of projects. You won’t just be sitting behind a screen creating documents, you’ll be working across the business to bring ideas together, ask the right questions and create proposals that tell a compelling story.

• Coordinating end-to-end bid and proposal activities.
• Working with internal teams to gather information and insights.
• Writing, editing and refining proposals, tenders and supporting documentation.
• Using custom built AI tools to improve content creation and streamline processes.
• Helping build better systems, templates and processes as the business continues to grow.

About You:

You have experience in bid writing, proposals, account management, project coordination, consulting, customer operations or enterprise services. What matters most is your ability to communicate clearly, build relationships and turn complex information into something engaging and easy to understand.

You’ll be someone who is curious, organised and proactive, with the confidence to work with different stakeholders and take ownership of your work.

• Strong written communication skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Great organisational skills and the ability to manage competing deadlines.
• Confidence working with a range of stakeholders.
• A proactive mindset and willingness to learn.
• An interest in AI, technology and innovative ways of working.
• Experience within customer experience, contact centres, consulting or technology environments is mandatory

• Salary: $115,000 + Super
