Bilingual Client Intake Specialist for US Law Firm (English/Spanish)

Intake Specialist (Bilingual English/Spanish), Nights and Weekends

Lira Solutions LTDA, a staffing company, is hiring Intake Specialists to support a personal injury law firm based in the United States. You will be the first point of contact for new clients, working from our Florianópolis office during U.S. evening and weekend hours.

Location: Remote (Will be opening an office in BAires in the next few months)

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls, texts, and web leads from potential clients in English and Spanish
• Screen new inquiries and gather accident details, injury information, and insurance data
• Enter and update leads in the firm's case management system accurately and on time
• Send engagement agreements and authorizations for electronic signature and follow up until signed
• Schedule consultations and hand off qualified cases to the legal team
• Follow up with leads who have not yet signed

Requirements

• Fluent English and fluent Spanish (written and spoken). Both are required.
• Availability to work nights and weekends on a consistent schedule
• College degree or 3+ years of customer service, call center, or office experience
• Calm, professional phone manner and the ability to speak with people who have just been through an accident
• Fast, accurate typing and strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; legal intake or CRM software experience is a plus
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly

Compensation (USD, paid monthly via international wire)

$1,000

Additional compensation for candidates with prior U.S. law firm or legal intake experience. Performance bonuses apply.
