Responsibilities:

• Support enterprise data architecture and governance initiatives.
• Contribute to data modeling including Star Schema, SCD, MDM domains, and data integration patterns.
• Support Azure-based data platform development including Landing, Staging, and Refined zones.
• Support data migration activities including data mapping, validation, audit trails, and data quality checks.
• Support ETL/ELT processes using Databricks, Informatica, and Python.
• Support implementation and improvement of data governance standards including metadata, cataloging, MDM, and data sharing.
• Collaborate with Business Owners, Data Engineers, Architects, Application Teams, and vendors.
• Maintain documentation and support knowledge management activities.

Required Skills:

• Practical experience in data architecture, data governance, or enterprise data management.
• Experience with enterprise data modeling concepts such as Star Schema, SCD, MDM, or data integration patterns.
• Experience supporting data migration projects including ETL/ELT, data mapping, validation, or data quality activities.
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as Azure data platforms or Databricks.
• Working knowledge of Python and data processing.
• Experience collaborating with business stakeholders, IT teams, SMEs, or vendors.
• Japanese: High Intermediate level
• English: Advanced level

Working Hours:

9:00–17:00 (Mon–Fri)

Working Style:

Hybrid — Shibuya office / Work From Home

1–2 days per week in office
