• Qualifications: High school diploma/GED with 2+ years of relevant experience, an Associate's degree with 1+ year of experience, or a Bachelor's degree, alongside strong communication and computer skills.
• Performance Standards & Hybrid Work: Requires a minimum monthly average of 200 calls and 85 completed assessments. A hybrid schedule is available after successfully demonstrating required knowledge and meeting performance standards, with mandatory in-office attendance for specific training and meetings.
