Work Arrangement: Hybrid set-up (2x RTO per week, 3x WFH), Morning shift (8:30AM to 5:30AM)

Compensation: Up to 80k + HMO day 1, Leave Credits, Govt Mandated Benefits

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Technology PMO team. In this role, you will lead and support IT projects, facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies, coordinate cross-functional teams, and maintain project plans, scope, schedules, and deliverables to ensure successful solution readiness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in IT, Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT project management.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum, Waterfall / SDLC, and Kanban methodologies.
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously while coordinating effectively with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in problem-solving techniques to anticipate risks and resolve issues swiftly.
• Strong analytical capabilities to conduct sophisticated studies and draw sound conclusions.
