Bilingual Lawyer Remote

Habtemariam Law Injury Lawyers is currently seeking a Remote English and Spanish speaking lawyer to join the firm’s fast growing and successful personal injury practice. The candidate must be fluent in English. The candidate must possess strong written and verbal English Communication skills. We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate their ability to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborate effectively with team members, and deliver high-quality work.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

· Performing new client intakes;

· Opening and maintaining client files;

· Communicating with clients, insurance companies and medical providers,

· Drafting demand letters,

· Filing and verifying balances

· Preparing accounting

· Reviewing and processing faxes, and emails

· Ordering and organizing medical records and bills

· Assisting attorneys in litigation and any legal matters
