Bilingual Legal Intake Specialist
About the Role
We are seeking a Bilingual Legal Intake Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients. This role is responsible for qualifying leads, conducting intake interviews, gathering case information, and guiding potential clients through the onboarding process.
Schedule
Option 1
- Monday to Friday
- 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Denver Time)
- 2 WFH days
Option 2
- Wednesday to Friday: 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM (Denver Time)
- Saturday & Sunday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Weekend days are remote
Responsibilities
- Conduct intake interviews with prospective clients.
- Gather and document case information accurately.
- Qualify leads based on firm guidelines.
- Follow up via phone, email, and text messages.
- Build rapport and guide qualified prospects through the intake process.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and case management systems.
- Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff to ensure a smooth client experience.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as an Intake Specialist, Legal Intake Specialist, Intake Coordinator, or similar role.
- Bilingual English & Spanish.
