Ringo Media is a bilingual digital marketing agency based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. We help businesses across the United States grow with websites, ads, SEO and Google Business Profiles. We're looking for a confident, organized and friendly bilingual professional to be the voice of our agency with clients and new leads.

About the role

This is a full time remote position, part sales and part office manager. You'll be the first person our clients and prospects talk to, so clear communication, a warm personality and a professional presence matter most.

📞 What you'll do

• Call and follow up with new leads quickly and consistently

• Book appointments and manage the sales calendar

• Prepare and send client proposals

• Communicate with clients by phone, email and WhatsApp in English and Spanish

• Keep our CRM and lead pipeline organized and up to date

• Support daily operations and coordinate with our team

✅ What we're looking for

• Fluent, clear English that US clients understand easily, plus native Spanish

• 2+ years of experience in sales, appointment setting, customer service or a US call center

• Strong writing skills for professional emails and proposals

• Very organized and proactive, comfortable owning a pipeline

• A positive, confident personality people enjoy talking to

• Available during US Eastern business hours

🔋 Work setup requirements

• A reliable computer with a working webcam and a quality headset

• Good lighting and a clean, professional background for video calls

• A UPS battery backup and access to a generator or inverter for longer outages

• High speed internet plus a backup connection, such as a mobile hotspot from a different provider

• A quiet, professional workspace

💰 Compensation

• $600 to $800 USD per month, based on experience

• Performance bonuses for appointments booked and deals closed

• Paid monthly

• 100% remote
