About the Company
A Tokyo-based AI transformation (AX) startup that has been experiencing 3x annual growth, made up of consulting experts from MBB and Big Four firms. They advocate for "primary information management," structuring raw conversational data from business negotiations, meetings, and field operations using its proprietary analysis platform to drive AI-powered management decisions.
As a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE), you will join the newly-formed Platform Team to design and build the foundations of reliability, observability, and automation for AI-powered products and development organizations, so you can enjoy some early-stage development and take ownership of the infrastructure layer—including LLM API operations, GPU transcription capacity, and datastores—in order to shift away from Reactive Troubleshooting to Proactive Engineering.
What benefits do they offer?
- Remote Work: Full Remote Friendly with office based in Tokyo.
- Flextime System: Flexible working hours with core hours from 10:30 to 15:00 (160 hours/month + up to 40 hours deemed overtime).
- Home Office & Tech Setup: Generous PC development allowance (up to ¥200,000) and home office setup subsidy (up to ¥20,000).
- Culture & Leave: Family-friendly workplace culture with comprehensive health/social insurance, leave policies, and a 3-month probation period.
- Equity Potential: Stock option potential and biannual evaluations.

- 3+ years professional experience as an SRE, Infrastructure Engineer, or related role.
- Proven track record operating and troubleshooting production services running on AWS.
- Experience managing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform.
- Familiarity with automating operations and developing internal tools using Python, TypeScript, Go, or similar languages.
- Fluent Japanese Communication (recommended N1 or equivalent) and Conversational English for smooth collaboration with development teams.
