Responsibilities:

• Improve the reliability, availability, and security of cloud infrastructure and mission-critical services.
• Strengthen security monitoring and incident response using SIEM/SOAR technologies and cloud security tools.
• Define and improve SLI/SLO targets, monitoring, and operational practices based on service performance and reliability data.
• Identify system bottlenecks and drive improvements in performance, capacity, security, and cloud costs.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement measures to prevent recurring incidents.
• Work with development and security teams to address code quality issues and security risks.
• Improve operational processes and standards, and provide technical guidance through reviews and knowledge sharing.

Required Skills:

• Experience in security operations or SecOps, including SIEM/SOAR and security monitoring tools such as Splunk or Microsoft Sentinel.
• Cloud operations experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• SRE or DevOps experience covering production monitoring, CI/CD, incident response, and reliability improvement.
• Japanese: High intermediate level, preferably JLPT N2 or above.
• English: High intermediate level, including written and spoken communication.

Preferred Skills:

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure and security services.
• Experience defining and improving SLI/SLO targets and service reliability.
• Experience conducting root cause analysis and implementing preventive measures.
• Experience improving security risks in collaboration with software development teams.
• Experience leading technical reviews or sharing operational best practices across engineering teams.

Working Hours:

Monday–Friday, 9:15–17:15. Flextime available for non-managerial employees.

Working Style:

Hybrid — approximately 1–2 days in the office per week, with remote work available. Office location: Otemachi, Tokyo.
