Salary: $24,000 – $27,000 MXN monthly gross + Internet Allowance

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Team Lead Recruiter to lead and support an international recruiting team across the United States, Mexico, and the Philippines. This position is ideal for someone who excels at coaching and developing recruiters while remaining hands-on in sourcing, recruiting, and delivering talent for a variety of positions.

The successful candidate will be a strong people leader, capable of inspiring high performance, driving accountability, and fostering collaboration within a remote environment. In addition to leadership responsibilities, this role will actively participate in recruiting efforts and contribute directly to achieving hiring goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of recruiters and sourcers located in the US, Mexico, and the Philippines.
• Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and support professional development.
• Drive recruiting strategies to ensure hiring goals and service levels are met.
• Actively source, screen, and recruit candidates for various positions.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities.
• Ensure recruiters follow established recruiting processes, compliance requirements, and best practices.
• Track recruiting metrics, team productivity, and pipeline health.
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance team culture in a remote environment.
• Support workload distribution and help remove obstacles impacting team success.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve recruiting effectiveness and candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience leading or mentoring recruiting teams.
• Strong full-cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing and talent acquisition.
• Experience recruiting for US-based positions.
• Ability to manage and support geographically dispersed teams.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote environment.
• Results-oriented mindset with the ability to balance leadership and individual contributor responsibilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing teams across multiple countries or regions.
• Familiarity with ATS systems and recruiting metrics.
• Experience in staffing, agency recruiting, or high-volume recruitment environments.
