The Human Resources Manager serves as the primary HR partner for the regional organization and is responsible for delivering end-to-end HR services across the employee lifecycle. The role combines operational HR management with strategic business partnering and supports the implementation of global HR standards, processes, and initiatives at local level.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all core HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, employee administration, payroll coordination, benefits administration, and offboarding.
- Advise managers and employees on HR matters, employee relations, performance management, and organizational topics.
- Coordinate training, talent development, succession planning, and employee engagement activities.
- Ensure compliance with Mexican labor law, statutory requirements, audits, and government reporting obligations.
- Prepare HR reports, workforce analytics, and key HR performance indicators.
- Drive continuous improvement of HR processes and employee experience.
- Support the implementation of global HR programs, policies, systems, and transformation initiatives.
- Act as the local interface between the business and global HR functions to ensure alignment with global standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- Several years of broad HR generalist experience.
- Solid knowledge of Mexican labor law and payroll-related processes.
- Experience in an international and matrix organization preferred.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
