Hybrid model work in Mexico City
To lead the strategic design and execution of enterprise workforce transformation initiatives that enable GBS to transition toward AI-enabled, higher-value delivery models. Drive workforce strategy, future-of-work planning, role and organizational redesign, AI-enabled talent transformation, and workforce capability development. Partner with executive leadership to align workforce investments, talent strategies, and operating models to future business needs, ensuring measurable improvements in workforce readiness, AI adoption, workforce productivity, and organizational effectiveness.
Responsabilities
- Define and oversee the workforce transformation roadmap aligned with GBS priorities and future-state operating models.
- Develop long-term workforce strategies addressing future skill needs, talent supply, workforce demand, and workforce evolution.
- Lead large-scale role architecture, job deconstruction, future role design, and organizational redesign efforts.
- Drive adoption of AI-enabled ways of working, including AI fluency, AI adoption, and human-and-digital delivery models.
- Oversee enterprise upskilling, reskilling, and capability-building initiatives aligned to future skills requirements.
- Design, document, and maintain global HR and Talent process standards, ensuring consistency across DCs while adapting to local regulatory and operational requirements.
- Partner with business and operations leaders to identify redeployment opportunities resulting from AI-enabled efficiency gains.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to GBS leadership regarding workforce impacts, transformation risks, and talent implications.
- Lead organizational readiness, change management, communications, and adoption strategies across transformation initiatives.
- Establish workforce intelligence capabilities and use workforce data to guide strategic decision-making.
- Build, coach, and develop Workforce Transformation professionals while fostering a high-performance, consulting-oriented culture.
- Continuously build GenAI and workforce transformation capabilities by applying new tools, methods, and learning to day‑to‑day work and sharing lessons learned with the team.
Requirements
- Must have a university degree.
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration (MBA), Change Management, or related field (Nice to have).
- 15+ years of progressive experience in Workforce Transformation, Human Capital, Organizational Effectiveness, Talent Strategy, Change Management, Workforce Planning, or Management Consulting.
- 8+ years leading enterprise transformation programs with measurable business impact.
- Experience managing managers, project leaders, or cross-functional transformation teams.
- Demonstrated success influencing executive and senior leadership stakeholders.
- Experience leading global, matrixed, multi-geography initiatives.
- Proven track record delivering workforce transformation in environments impacted by technology, automation, AI, or operating model changes.
- C1+ English (Ability to facilitate workshops, influence stakeholders, and develop executive-level materials in English.)
- MS Excel & PowerPoint (Advanced)
- Collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint)
- Data visualization tools (Power BI or similar – Basic.
