Bilingual Billing & Client Relations Specialist (2 Openings)

Arvenda is connecting top Colombian talent with global companies. We are recruiting two Billing & Client Relations Specialists to work with a global client’s international customers: following up on invoices, resolving billing questions, and keeping accounts clean. You’ll speak with directors and VPs around the world, so this role fits someone with superior English, a solid B2B billing background, and the autonomy to solve problems before escalating them.

💼 Job Title: Bilingual Billing & Client Relations Specialist

🌍 Location: 100% Remote (Colombia)

💰 Salary: $2,000 USD/month (Non-negotiable)

⏰ Working Hours: Full-time (Two staggered shifts available: Early shift starts ~6:00 AM / Late shift ends ~8:00 PM Colombia time. Must be able to join occasional off-hour meetings for global clients).

📝 Contract Type: Independent Contractor (No PTO, requires own device/equipment)

💻 Core Tech / Industry: Advanced Excel, ERP Systems (SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) / B2B Billing

What you’ll do:

• Lead calls and emails with global clients to follow up on and collect outstanding invoices.
• Upload invoices manually to each client’s specific billing portal.
• Operate the internal ERP to issue credit notes, correct pricing, and generate accurate billing reports.
• Join joint calls with clients and operations, handling confidential product and billing information with extreme care and discretion.
• Work closely and collaboratively with internal sales representatives and operations teams.

What we’re looking for:

• English above C1 (Flawless comprehension and expression is mandatory, as you will speak with global directors and VPs).
• Solid background managing important B2B accounts or corporate billing.
• Active U.S. Visa required (Occasional travel to conferences and trainings in the U.S. is required).
• Mandatory NDA: You must be willing to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement due to the highly confidential nature of the product and billing data.
• Advanced Excel skills and proven experience with ERP systems (QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, or similar).
• Bonus: Experience implementing automation projects; proficiency with AI tools (like ChatGPT) or Power BI.
