  • Build rapport with prospective clients through professional, empathetic, and persuasive communication.
  • Explain available services, address initial questions and concerns, and provide general information to guide prospects through the next steps.
  • Apply consultative sales techniques to nurture leads, handle objections, and maximize client conversion opportunities.
  • Conduct timely follow-ups with prospective clients through phone calls, text messages, and emails.
  • Identify qualified leads and coordinate appropriate next steps with the internal team.
  • Maintain accurate lead records, interaction notes, and follow-up activities in the CRM.

  • Strong sales, negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.
  • Ability to identify client needs, explain available services, and guide conversations toward a positive outcome.
  • Customer-focused, empathetic, and patient when handling client inquiries.
  • Proactive, results-driven, and capable of managing multiple leads and follow-ups.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Experience using CRM platforms and lead management tools is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in the legal industry is preferred.
