This position is for you if you’re excited about technology and desire to challenge design/engineering boundaries Responsibilities: Enhance AHA Revit workflows through automation Provide Design Software support for all offices Operate as a liaison between the AHA project team & the Client Create & maintain Revit content, including families & templates Provide one-on-one training to engineers within the organization Setup/Update AHA Design projects, which include: Cleaning Architectural Revit models Creating MEP/FP Trade Revit models for the team’s use Provide clash reports for engineers & clients Setup/Update AHA Design projects, which include: Cleaning Architectural AutoCAD drawings per AHA Standards Creating MEP/FP Trade AutoCAD drawings for the team’s use Updating/Creating AHA Support & Standards documents Create to Maintain AutoCAD content, including blocks & templates Qualifications and Experience: Knowledge and proficiency in newer Revit versions Navisworks proficiency Experience and understanding of Revit workflows (drawing creation, Xrefs, page setups, etc.) Ability to create Dynamo scripts / graphs Proficient in Microsoft Office (formulas, conditional formatting & developer controls) Must have either or both Professional experience in the Design/Construction industry Degree/Certificate in CAD or Engineering Understanding of Revit best practices Proficient in using Windows PCs and/or Windows Server (mapped drives, remote desktop, folder structures, etc.) Ability to work well independently and as a team Solid time management and multi-tasking skills Strong communication skills with individuals at all levels within an organization Preferred Experience: Ability to create AutoCAD Deployments and understanding AutoCAD BS, as well Lisps and Macros Proficient in Newforma and/or Bluebeam Proficient with Newforma, Bluebeam, Adobe CS Suite and/or 3Ds Max Comfortable navigating AR/VR software (Enscape, Revit LIVE, Unity, Entiti) Manage Licenses (i.e., Flex LM Tools) Proficient with programming languages & the Revit API (Python, C#, etc.) Strong understanding of AutoCAD BS, as well Lisps and Macros Professional experience in the Software Programming and/or Marketing industry Degree/Certificate in CAD or Engineering Proficient in using Windows PCs and/or Windows Server (mapped drives, remote desktop, folder structures, etc.) Ability to work well independently and as a team Solid time management, multi-tasking, and communication skills Preferred Experience: Ability to create Revit & AutoCAD Deployments & Excellent Microsoft Excel skills AHA provides full time benefits for 30 hours/week work.
