HDE Services LLC is seeking an experienced, collaborative BCBA to help develop and launch ABA services within our established early intervention program.
We already have a steady, reliable referral network and relationships with families and community partners. We’re looking for someone who is excited to help build the clinical foundation for this new service and grow with our team.
About the Role
Initially, you will work closely with the owner to support program development, assist with the credentialing and payer enrollment process, and prepare for the launch of services. As the program becomes established, your role will expand to include clinical oversight and supervision of RBT candidates and credentialed RBTs, as appropriate.
Responsibilities
- Help guide the initial development and launch of our ABA program.
- Assist with credentialing, payer enrollment, and readiness to provide services.
- Develop clinical policies, documentation procedures, and treatment standards.
- Support the recruitment, training, and supervision of RBT candidates and RBTs.
- Complete assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor progress as services begin.
- Collaborate with families and our early intervention team to provide compassionate, individualized care.
Qualifications
- Current BCBA certification and applicable state licensure.
- Experience working with young children and families.
- Experience supervising and supporting behavior technicians.
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- A commitment to ethical, developmentally appropriate, family-centered services.
- Experience with program development or credentialing is preferred.
Position Structure
This opportunity will begin as a 1099 independent contractor role focused on the initial stages of program development. Once services are underway, there is an opportunity to transition to a salaried employee position, if desired and mutually agreed upon.
Compensation and the initial time commitment will be discussed based on experience and the scope of work.
Why Join HDE Services?
- An established early intervention program with a reliable referral network.
- The opportunity to shape a new service from the beginning.
- Direct collaboration with the owner.
- An opportunity to grow into an ongoing clinical leadership role.
Interested? Please send your résumé and a brief introduction describing your clinical experience and interest in helping launch our ABA program.
Flexible work from home options available.
