Bookkeeper (Up to ₱40K | Remote | FREE AI Certification)

Anywhere in the Philippines | Remote | Night Shift (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM PH Time) | Monday to Friday

Every invoice, payment, and receipt tells part of a company's story, and you make sure that story adds up. In this role, you support the finance function of an international dancewear brand by keeping invoices, receivables, reconciliations, and records accurate, organized, and audit-ready.

You'll work closely with a senior bookkeeper and external accountants.

You'll manage records across multiple accounting systems and help with banking activity across different countries and currencies. If you take pride in clean books and getting the details right, this role is for you.

YOU'RE LIKELY A STRONG FIT IF YOU HAVE

• 3–5 years of hands-on bookkeeping experience
• A degree in Accounting or a related field
• Working knowledge of QuickBooks
• Solid experience in data entry, record keeping, and day-to-day computer operations
• A high level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience preparing invoices and following up on receivables

STRONG SIGNALS

• Experience with Microsoft Business Central
• Value Added Tax (VAT) experience
• Exposure to multi-currency transactions or bank accounts in different countries
• Experience coordinating with external accountants on year-end closing
• A passion for ballet or the performing arts

RESPONSIBILITY PILLARS

Billing & Receivables

• You own the flow of invoices from preparation to payment and keep customer records accurate along the way.
• Prepare and send customer invoices accurately and on time
• Support the collection of receivables and follow up on outstanding balances
• Record all payment discussions and updates in customer files

Reconciliation & Recordkeeping

• You keep the company's books accurate and current across multiple accounting systems.
• Support the senior bookkeeper in maintaining the company's accounting systems
• Reconcile accounts regularly to make sure balances are accurate
• Collect and organize employee expense reports and receipts so the books stay up to date
• Keep an orderly filing system for bills, receipts, and other financial documents

Banking & Year-End Support

• You help keep accounts monitored, banking relationships running smoothly, and year-end closing on schedule.
• Monitor company credit cards and bank accounts
• Help manage relationships with banks across different countries and currencies
• Work with external accountants to prepare the right documents and support a timely fiscal year-end close
