💼 Responsibilities:
💳 Manage daily bookkeeping tasks including recording financial transactions and reconciling accounts
📑 Assist with preparing invoices, processing payments, and tracking expenses
📊 Generate financial reports and summaries to support business decision-making
🔍 Monitor accounts payable/receivable to ensure timely and accurate processing
💬 Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams regarding billing and payment inquiries
🗂️ Maintain organized records of receipts, statements, and other financial documents
⚖️ Assist with budget planning, forecasting, and compliance-related tasks as required
🛠️ Required Skills:
💬 Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally with clients and stakeholders
📚 Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial record-keeping
🖥️ Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Bill.com, Xero, or similar) and MS Excel/Google Sheets
📊 Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
👩💻 Self-motivated, reliable, and able to handle multiple priorities independently
🧾 Previous experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or finance support roles preferred
