Job Description
About the Role
Our branch network is at the heart of our organisation, providing a vital service to customers and communities across our network. We're looking for a Branch Network Operations Partner to help ensure our branches operate safely, efficiently and consistently, while supporting the future development of our branch proposition.
Working closely with the Head of Branch Network, you'll lead the development and enhancement of operational frameworks, governance and standards that support a high-performing and compliant network. You'll use operational insight, customer feedback and performance data to identify opportunities for improvement, challenge existing ways of working and drive positive change.
This is a highly collaborative role where you'll partner with teams across Property, Health & Safety, Risk, Compliance, HR, Digital and Transformation. From supporting new branch openings and refurbishments to maintaining risk registers and strengthening operational controls, you'll play a key role in ensuring our branches are set up for success and risks are identified and managed effectively.
You'll also help shape the future operating model, reviewing processes, improving efficiency and ensuring colleagues have the frameworks, guidance and support they need to deliver great customer outcomes.
About You
You'll have strong operational branch experience, ideally gained within a financial services or other regulated customer-facing environment, and a good understanding of the challenges and opportunities that come with running a successful branch network.
A proactive self-starter, you'll be comfortable working independently, building relationships across the business and influencing without direct authority. You'll enjoy reviewing processes, creating new frameworks and finding practical solutions that improve operational performance and customer outcomes.
We're looking for someone who can confidently challenge where needed, using insight and data to make recommendations and drive continuous improvement. You'll be an excellent communicator, able to work effectively with senior stakeholders and translate complex operational requirements into clear, practical actions.
If you're passionate about branch operations, enjoy working with a wide range of stakeholders and want to help shape the future of an important branch network, we'd love to hear from you.
