Brand Activation Manager

About the job

We are looking for an independent, enthusiastic, and proactive Brand Activation Manager to join our Benelux Marketing team. You will become part of a small, close-knit team and report to the Benelux Marketing Manager.

In this role, you will support the creation and execution of impactful marketing campaigns and customer plans to further grow our brands across retail and dental channels (B2C and B2B).

The role’s mission

You will drive the growth of our brands across the Benelux by translating brand strategies into impactful local marketing and activation plans. You will bring our brands to life across retail and dental channels, ensuring successful product launches, strong in-market execution, and close collaboration with Sales and regional Marketing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Execute local go-to-market strategies, brand plans, and support programs to achieve market share objectives.
• Manage the product portfolio, including estimating volumes for new launches and relaunches based on reference products and in close collaboration with B2B and B2C Sales; preparing one-pagers with relevant information for Sales teams; developing support plans; and evaluating market performance.
• Coordinate artwork translations and approvals and registrations with relevant local authorities; act as the first point of contact for product information, share regular updates with the local team, and provide product information training to dental sales representatives.
• Adapt international campaigns for the Dutch and Belgian markets, and plan and implement shopper activation programs, in-store activations, and product sampling.
• Create and/or adapt POS and promotional materials, including shelf banners, displays, wobblers, product brochures, and flyers.
• Support the Sales team with engaging trade stories, product information and training, and promotional materials.
• Regularly monitor brand performance and assess the competitive landscape using NielsenIQ.
• Collaborate closely with the local Marketing team (1 Digital Marketer), Sales teams (Retail and Dental), and the EMEA headquarters Marketing team in Switzerland.

Candidate profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Commercial Management, Economics, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably within a CPG/FMCG or multinational environment; experience in trade marketing, shopper marketing, brand activation, or Personal Care/Health Care is a plus.
• Independent, proactive, and hands-on, with a strong sense of ownership and a results-oriented mindset.
• Strong planning, project management, and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business objectives into clear marketing actions.
• Well organized and methodical, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across Marketing, Sales, and regional/international teams.
• Experience with NielsenIQ (NIQ) or similar market and consumer data tools is a plus.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• Willing to travel up to 10%, including visits to our European headquarters in Switzerland approximately 1–2 times per year.
