Campari Group today is a major player in the global branded spirits industry, with a portfolio of over 50 premium and super premium brands, marketed and distributed in over 190 markets around the world, with leading positions in Europe and the Americas.
Headquartered in Milan, Italy, Campari Group owns 25 plants worldwide and has its own distribution network in 26 countries, and employs approximately 4,700 people.
Shares of the parent company Davide Campari - Milano N.V. are listed on the Italian Stock Exchange since 2001. Campari Group is today the sixth-largest player worldwide in the premium spirits industry.
Campari Group is the smallest big company in the global spirits industry: we are small enough to bring a personal touch, and big enough to take on the world. We are in the business of shaking things up, inspired by our 160 years of captivating legacy and our 50+ iconic brands. We serve a Signature Mix made of distinctive flavors: enriching experiences and varied opportunities, together with 4,000 passionate Camparistas. We celebrate the unique, and sometimes unexpected, twist that each of them brings to our cocktail, and we look forward to celebrating yours.
Campari Benelux – headquartered in Brussels – is proud to offer an unrivalled range of premium brands across Belgium and Luxembourg, and is now opening the Netherlands as a new strategic market. While Campari Benelux can build on strong experience, proven ways of working and an established structure in Belux, the Netherlands represents a true “white-page” opportunity: a market to shape, build and scale with focus, entrepreneurship and close cross-functional collaboration. The focus brands for this market will be Aperol, Crodino, Campari and Sarti.
Campari Benelux is looking for a HoReCa Trade Marketer/Outlet Activation Manager for the Netherlands to join and further strengthen its dynamic team, playing a key role in establishing our On Trade footprint and activation model in this new market.
Your role
- Responsible for HoReCa Outlet Activation in the Netherlands, translating brand and channel strategies into pragmatic action plans for the market.
- Define, segment and prioritize the Dutch On-Trade channel strategy and propositions from the ground up, integrating consumer, shopper, category and local market insights into compelling channel propositions.
- Translate Brand and Channel strategies into workable commercial tools for the Dutch On Trade (HoReCa) that maximize brand presence, visibility, rotation and relevance for the focus brands: Aperol, Crodino, Campari and Sarti.
- Ensure all key stakeholders and relevant departments are engaged, aligned and energized around the Netherlands Channel and Activation plans, with strong collaboration between the Brussels-based HQ teams and local market partners.
- Plan & Budget set-up: align with the different departments, while maintaining full responsibility over the Channel Marketing A&P budget assigned.
- Collaborate with Brand Managers, Key Account Managers, Field teams and external partners to generate Outlet Activation Plans adapted to Dutch consumers, outlet typologies and consumption moments.
- Monitor outlet execution, capture learnings and adjust plans quickly to build an effective activation model for the Netherlands.
- Use previous market experience, local knowledge and competitive understanding to guide decision-making, fine-tune strategy and identify the highest-impact opportunities.
- Guide the development and adaptation of POSM tools to be executed in the Dutch On Trade channel, ensuring consistency with the brand image and strategy while remaining locally relevant.
- Participate in and/or selectively lead other assigned projects connected to the launch, learning agenda and acceleration of the Netherlands market.
