Brand Coordinator (Amazon)
Location: Remote (Argentina)
Type: Contract (35–40 hours per week)
About the Role
At AmpliSell, we’re looking for a highly organized Brand Coordinator to serve as the operational backbone of multiple client accounts. While our Brand Managers own the client relationship and strategic direction, the Brand Coordinator ensures that day-to-day tasks are executed accurately, on time, and nothing falls through the cracks. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to manage competing priorities across several accounts simultaneously, and the judgment to know when to act and when to escalate.
Who You Are
You’re a detail-driven operator who:
- Has hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central including listing management, account health, inventory planning, and support cases.
- Is highly organized and thrives managing multiple accounts and deadlines without losing accuracy.
- Communicates clearly and professionally, both with internal teammates and directly with clients.
- Knows how to move work forward without being told - following up, escalating appropriately, and keeping stakeholders informed.
- Is comfortable using project management tools to track tasks and keep work visible.
- Takes ownership of execution and brings accountability to every account they manage.
What You’ll Do
- Manage Listings & Account Health: Create product listings in Seller Central, ensuring accuracy and quality. Maintain live product listings for accuracy and performance, resolve account health flags and policy compliance issues as they arise, and monitor customer feedback and Voice of Customer (VOC) data
- Own Inventory Operations: Analyze inventory performance and health and resolve any inventory issues. Build and monitor inbound shipment plans, track stock levels, flag replenishment needs, create restocking recommendations, and manage removal orders.
- Support Listing Optimization: Coordinate content optimizations and ensure accurate completion. Initiate and monitor A/B tests on listing titles and images.
- Manage Amazon Support Cases: Open, track, and follow up on Seller Support cases across your assigned accounts.
- Drive Project Execution: Log and track all action items in project management software, monitor progress across specialists, and follow up when deliverables are at risk of stalling.
- Communicate Directly with Clients: Handle project-specific client communication such as chasing approvals, providing status updates, and confirming deliverables within your scope of ownership.
- Coordinate Across Teams: Work with Content Upload, Advertising, Design, and Management/Leadership to ensure smooth execution and nothing falls between the cracks.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience working with Amazon Seller Central (listings, shipments, account health, support cases).
- Strong organizational skills with a track record of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Familiarity with project management tools.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills in English. Minimum CEFR level C1 proficiency.
- A proactive mindset: you don’t wait to be asked, you keep things moving.
- A great attitude and collaborative mindset.
- Prior experience in an e-commerce, Amazon agency, or brand management environment preferred.
Why You’ll Love Working at AmpliSell
- Remote Flexibility: Work from anywhere in Colombia, aligned with U.S. time zones.
- Real Ownership: You’ll have genuine responsibility across your accounts. Not just task execution, but client communication and cross-team coordination.
- Collaborative Team: Work alongside Brand Managers and specialists who are invested in your success and the success of every account.
- Career Growth: As AmpliSell scales, so do the opportunities for more accounts, more responsibility, and advancement into senior roles.
