We are looking for a Brand Manager to strengthen the Kramp brand and bring it to life across our international markets.

You combine brand development, creative direction and people leadership. You translate customer needs and business priorities into a clear brand story, strong creative concepts and consistent execution across digital channels, campaigns, events, physical spaces and packaging.

Private label is an integral part of your role. Working closely with Category Managers, you develop clear brand propositions and translate these into distinctive identities, packaging and communication.

Your role

  • Strengthen Kramp’s brand positioning and translate it into clear brand plans, creative concepts and communication, ensuring consistent brand expression across markets, channels and customer touchpoints.
  • Own the corporate brand guidelines and visual and sonic identity, translating commercial priorities and customer insights into clear creative briefs and relevant communication.
  • Develop private label brand positioning and identities in partnership with Category Managers, defining their relationship with the Kramp brand and translating commercial assortment strategy and Good / Better / Best principles into customer propositions, branding and packaging.
  • Oversee packaging and labelling design for Kramp Group, ensuring consistency, production quality and compliance, while building a scalable approach to packaging development.
  • Lead and develop the design function in Poland, with day-to-day support from the local design lead, setting clear objectives, creative standards and responsibilities.
  • Take responsibility for recruitment, performance management, coaching and capability development, fostering collaboration, ownership and constructive feedback across the team.
  • Manage creative agencies and specialist partners, align priorities with available resources, and improve creative processes through reusable assets, templates, automation and AI, while ensuring best practices and translating relevant developments in design and technology into practical improvements.

Your Team

You are part of the Brand & Digital leadership team and lead the design function in Poland, supported by a local design lead. You will lead a team of 7 design professionals based in Poland and the Netherlands.

Who are you?

You bring creative judgement, clear communication and the ability to turn strategy into action. You build strong relationships across countries and functions, while remaining comfortable setting direction and making choices.

You are organized, calm under pressure and focused on helping people deliver their best work.

You have:

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience, with relevant experience in brand management, creative direction or brand design.
  • Experience leading and developing a creative team, with a strong understanding of design principles, production processes and creative tools.
  • A strong portfolio of brand projects across digital and physical channels, including experience with private label, packaging and labelling.
  • Experience managing creative agencies, budgets and multiple projects.
  • Fluent written and spoken English, and willingness to travel regularly to Poland and other Kramp markets.
