About The Role

As the Brand Professional, you will define and spearhead the end-to-end Luxe communication strategy and brand positioning to drive cohesive 360-degree campaigns across all touchpoints. You will oversee comprehensive media planning and agency execution across ATL and BTL channels while orchestrating cross-functional initiatives across digital, influencer, CRM, and marketplace teams. In this role, you will govern visual and content excellence across the app and web platforms, continuously elevating aesthetic standards while managing daily creative operations. Utilizing competitor intelligence and market trends, you will translate quantitative insights into strategic marketing plans and detailed post-campaign performance analyses.

Responsibilities

  • Planning & executing 360 degree communication in alignment with brand marketing strategy, overseeing media planning & agency execution (ATL & BTL).
  • Defining end-to-end Luxe communication strategy, brand positioning, and Brand House guidelines.
  • Managing daily operations of content planning, tracking and reporting
  • Organizing contract and payment processes together with relevant parties
  • Managing third party accounts, creative agencies, timelines and deliverables; finding new ways to constantly raise the bar
  • Monitors and analyzes trends, industries and markets
  • Being responsible for all visual materials on Trendyol app & website, consistently improving visuals, and coordinating cross-functional execution across all 360° channels (incl. media, digital, influencer, CRM) to ensure brand message consistency.
  • Meeting all internal and external visual & content needs of different teams such as product, marketplace
  • Tracking on new campaigns of competitors, market conditions and preparing competitive analysis both locally globally to shape plans and processes
  • Preparing detailed performance reports across all 360° channels post-campaign.

    • Expected Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master’s Degree from a reputable university preferably in Engineering, Management, Economics and other related departments
  • At least 6 years of brand management experience in either E-commerce, FMCG, retail, banking /finance or fashion sector, preferably in an international setting
  • Previous experience in project management
  • Data-driven and result-oriented
  • Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
  • Having strong communication skills and seeking pursuit of creativity
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks and coordinate different parties of the projects
  • Ability to deliver fast, business-focused output of excellent quality
  • A great initiative taker, ability to initiate projects through ideas that have high business contribution
  • Analytical thinker, high achiever, strategic thinker, high sense of responsibility, proactive and a practical thinker
  • Ability to conflict management, negotiation and persuasion.
