Role Description The Brand Representative is a remote contract role responsible for promoting JobsterX’s brand and services to professionals and employers. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with potential users through online and offline channels, explaining platform features, and guiding new users through sign-up and onboarding. The role involves representing JobsterX at virtual events or webinars, collecting feedback from users, and sharing insights with internal teams to improve brand messaging. The Brand Representative will also support social and community campaigns, strengthen brand awareness in key markets, and maintain a professional, inclusive presence in all interactions.

• Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities to build trust and handle inquiries professionally.
• Candidates should possess Brand Ambassadorship and Brand Awareness skills to represent JobsterX consistently and effectively.
• Candidates should possess clear and confident Communication skills for presenting information, answering questions, and engaging diverse audiences.
• Experience in marketing, sales, or community outreach is beneficial, especially in tech or talent platforms.
• Comfort working remotely, managing time independently, and using digital tools (CRM, social media, communication platforms).
• Knowledge of regional talent markets (UAE, Pakistan, India, Bangladesh, or similar) and fluency in English; additional regional languages are a plus.
• Previous experience in a brand representative, ambassador, or customer-facing role is preferred.
