THE ROLE As a Freelance Brand Specialist at Marketing 360, your task will be to refine and elevate our clients' brand presence across various sectors. This role isn’t just about creating visual assets; it’s about crafting brand stories that leave a lasting impact. Collaborating remotely with our seasoned team, you will: Develop and implement innovative branding strategies that clearly communicate our clients' vision and values. Manage and enhance brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing platforms. Conduct market research to stay ahead of branding trends and maintain relevance in the marketplace. Collaborate with our marketing team to integrate branding with broader marketing campaigns. Create and maintain a cohesive brand voice and personality across all client communications. Provide insightful analysis and feedback to clients, outlining brand performance and strategic recommendations. Be an ambassador of creative excellence, inspiring clients with forward-thinking branding solutions. REQUIREMENTS Mandatory requirements: Proven experience as a Brand Specialist or similar role, with a portfolio showcasing successful branding projects. Strong understanding of brand development and multichannel marketing models. Excellent skills in graphic design and familiarity with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite). Proficient in market analysis and brand strategy implementation. Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English; additional languages are a plus. Ability to work effectively in a remote setting, managing multiple projects with different timelines. Availability to visit our office in Aveiro, occasionally, for briefings. Brownie Points: Experience in digital marketing environments and integration of digital tools in branding strategies. Demonstrable skills in creative content creation, including visual and written content. Experience with online collaboration tools and freelance project management.
