Budget & Reporting Specialist

We are looking for an Budget & Reporting Specialist to join us on our Journey for the future of mobility!

How You Will Contribute:

In this role, you are expected to:

• Preparing monthly IAS 29 inflation-adjusted solo and consolidated IFRS financial statements and related presentation sets
• Performing monetary gain/loss rationalization and other IAS 29 analyses, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of inflation-adjusted financials
• Planning and coordinating the IAS 29 closing calendar with other teams and maintaining process documentation
• Preparing monthly actuals reporting for shareholders through group reporting systems (e.g., Hyperion HFM) and responding to their ad-hoc requests
• Preparing quarterly and year-end IFRS calculations and entries (e.g., IFRS16, IFRS15, IAS2, IFRS9)
• Supporting the independent audit process during interim review and year-end periods
• Supporting the budget and medium-term plan (MTP) processes, including submissions to group reporting systems
• Completing mandatory monthly and annual surveys and forms for public authorities (e.g., TURKSTAT, Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye)
• Collecting, reviewing and analyzing financial and operational data from other departments
• Performing variance analyses and in-depth financial analyses
• Preparing ad-hoc reports and analyses

Before You Come on Board:

We believe you will fit well if you have:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in BA, Economics, Finance or a related field
• 5–7 years of professional experience in financial reporting and/or financial planning & analysis (FP&A)
• Big 4 audit experience is a plus
• Solid knowledge of IFRS, including hands-on experience with IAS 29 (Financial Reporting in Hyperinflationary Economies); familiarity with IFRS 15, IFRS 16 and IAS 2 is a plus
• Strong command of the full set of financial statements and how they interrelate
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with SAP and Hyperion (HFM) or similar reporting/consolidation tools is a plus
• Experience in a manufacturing company is a plus
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Proactive and results-oriented, able to deliver under tight deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
