The Opportunity
- Intermediate building surveyor recently RICS chartered
- Deliver high-quality commercial advise from a consultancy perspective to a diverse range of institutional investors, landlords and corporate occupiers across all asset classes.
- Experienced and able to assist with technical due diligence, make good & dilapidations, CAPEX planning, project monitoring and schedules of condition.
- Build long-term client relationships while working alongside an experienced national consultancy team.
- Degree qualified (building surveying) with likely 2-5 years commercial consultancy experience
- Recently MRICS chartered or actively pursuing the RICS APC with the intent to sit the final assessment within the next 6–12 months.
- Strong understanding of the NZ Building Act and Building Code, Proficiency in defect diagnosis, commercial building pathology and general construction types
- A desire to work with the country’s largest projects and clients.
