Role: Business Analyst Location: Poland (Remote) Is it Permanent/ Contract: Long term contract Is it Onsite/Remote/Hybrid: Remote Candidates are required to work from 6am to 2pm eastern US time. Job Description - 9+ years of experience as a Business Analyst Strong experience in the Financial Services domain Demonstrated track record of leveraging AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Cursor, automation and analytics platforms) to improve productivity, analysis, documentation, and decision-making Proven expertise in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and stakeholder management Experience translating business needs into functional and technical requirements Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience working with cross-functional business and technology teams Ability to drive process improvements and support successful project delivery Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities Ability to influence and collaborate across multiple teams and organizational levels Critical thinking and a proactive approach to problem-solving Preferred skills Real Estate industry experience Ability to work with data/SQL
