Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
The ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Desirable
Experience within legal services, insurance, claims or another regulated environment.
Understanding of personal injury or portal-based claims processes.
A recognised Business Analysis qualification.
Experience using Excel, SQL, Power BI or similar data analysis tools.
Exposure to automation, workflow or AI-driven change initiatives.
