Your Role as a Zenika Consultant: As a Business Analyst , you’ll work on impactful digital transformation projects across a range of industries. You’ll be embedded within cross-functional teams alongside product managers, engineers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver user-centric digital solutions. Business Analyst/Senior Business Analyst We’re looking for a Business Analyst / Senior Business Analyst to drive the delivery of digital and cloud-based solutions, working closely with both business stakeholders and engineering teams. This role sits at the intersection of business, data, and technology - ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, shaping solutions, and seeing them through to delivery. Key Responsibilities Act as the bridge between business and technical teams , ensuring alignment across requirements and delivery Gather and translate requirements into clear artefacts (e.g. user stories, process flows, functional specs) Analyse complex business and system problems using process mapping, data analysis, and impact assessments to drive informed decision-making Collaborate with engineers on solution design , including integrations, scalability, and performance Participate actively in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog refinement, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives) Design and lead UAT and validation activities , ensuring solutions meet business, technical, and quality requirements Support post-go-live monitoring and continuous improvement , leveraging user feedback and system insights Identify opportunities to optimise processes and enhance digital products , contributing to longer-term strategy and innovation initiatives What we’re looking for Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science or related field 5–8 years of experience in business analysis within technology-driven or enterprise environments Experience working across both business stakeholders and engineering teams Solid understanding of digital systems and cloud concepts (e.g. APIs, integrations, SaaS/PaaS/IaaS, non-functional requirements) Hands-on experience in Agile / Scrum environments Strong skills in requirements engineering, process modelling, and impact analysis Exposure to low-code / no-code platforms or large-scale digital platforms is a plus Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence , or similar About Zenika Founded by developer Carl Azoury, Zenika is a consultancy built on community, transparency, and craftsmanship.
