Business Analyst (Asset Management Domain)

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong Asset Management / Investment Management domain expertise to bridge business and technology teams. The candidate will work with Portfolio Management, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Technology teams to gather requirements and support investment management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
  
• Conduct stakeholder workshops and requirement elicitation sessions.
  
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications.
  
• Perform process mapping and gap analysis.
  
• Collaborate with Portfolio Managers, Traders, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and IT teams.
  
• Support Agile/Waterfall delivery, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and UAT.
  
• Develop test scenarios and maintain requirement traceability.
  
• Analyze data and support reconciliation/data validation activities.
  
• Prepare reports and dashboards using BI tools.
  

Communication: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills required.
