Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team and work on AI-focused projects for enterprise-scale organizations. The ideal candidate has at least 4 years of experience in business analysis, strong English communication skills, and hands-on experience working in Agile teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, data scientists, developers, and project managers.
- Translate business needs into clear functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Support the design and delivery of AI-based solutions.
- Analyse business processes, identify improvement areas, and define practical solutions.
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirement-gathering sessions.
- Manage communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Support backlog management, sprint planning, refinement sessions, and reviews.
- Track requirements throughout the project lifecycle and ensure that delivered solutions meet business expectations.
- Prepare business analysis documentation, process maps, use cases, and functional specifications.
- At least 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Previous experience working on AI, machine learning, data, automation, or digital transformation projects.
- Experience working with enterprise-level or large corporate organizations.
- Strong knowledge of business analysis methods, requirement management, and process analysis.
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban.
- Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
- Ability to work effectively with both technical and business teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with AI products, data platforms, chatbots, recommendation systems, or intelligent automation.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Miro, or similar platforms.
- Experience working in international, multi-disciplinary teams.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycles and product delivery processes.
