The Role: With Salesforce newly implemented across the organisation, this is a rare opportunity to shape the platform from day one and influence how a large commercial team adopts it. You’ll work closely with senior leaders across the business to drive data-led decision-making, improve operational efficiency, and increase accuracy across sales processes. This is a high-visibility role where your analysis and recommendations will directly shape sales performance and wider operational decision making. What you’ll be doing: Coordinate and support the ongoing optimisation and governance of the Salesforce platform Partner with cross-functional teams to gain feedback on operation inefficiencies to assist in developing solutions to how we operate. Develop and enhance reporting, dashboards, and data outputs to deliver clear, actionable insights Analyse the activity and work efficiency of our sales department for stakeholders of all levels including Senior Management Partner with Organisational Leaders to assist in the adoption and training of the Stakeholder Departments (primarily in the Sales Department) Collaborate cross functionally and with international Verisure teams in the continuous development of Salesforce.
