Partnerships Lead

Luton | Full-time | Hybrid

20% bonus • 7% pension • Staff travel benefits

We support hybrid working, and you’ll spend 60% of your time each month in the office.

You know how to turn a promising conversation into a partnership that customers value and both businesses can grow.

You combine strategic thinking with commercial drive, building trusted relationships while keeping a sharp eye on delivery and performance. If you want to help make easyJet’s loyalty programme part of customers’ everyday lives, this is your opportunity.

The opportunity

As Partnerships Lead, you’ll help shape and deliver the partnerships at the heart of easyJet’s loyalty programme.

This is a senior commercial role with genuine influence. You’ll help set the partnership roadmap, lead negotiations from first conversation to launch and grow a portfolio that delivers customer engagement, brand value and commercial return.

“We’re looking for someone who can see the potential in a partnership, build the commercial case and bring people together to make it happen. It’s a brilliant opportunity to shape something new and create partnerships that become genuinely useful to our customers.”
Head of Partnerships, easyJet

The team & culture

You’ll work closely with colleagues across Loyalty, Marketing, Product, Legal and Finance, as well as senior stakeholders and external partners. The environment is fast-moving and collaborative, with plenty of room for ideas, challenge and practical commercial thinking.

At easyJet, our Orange Spirit means being bold, welcoming and always real. You’ll be trusted to take ownership, represent the business confidently and build relationships that last.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll help shape the partnership strategy and turn easyJet’s wider loyalty ambitions into a clear, prioritised roadmap that increases points-earning opportunities and customer engagement.

You’ll build and manage a pipeline of new partners, owning the journey from opportunity assessment and commercial negotiation through contracting, integration and launch.

You’ll develop trusted relationships with existing partners, agree shared objectives and performance measures, and work with Marketing and Commercial teams to grow each partnership.

You’ll define KPIs, track contribution to the loyalty profit and loss account and customer engagement, and use market insight to identify new s sectors and opportunities. You’ll also represent easyJet at partner and industry events.

Requirements of the Role

What we’re looking for

You’ll bring significant experience in senior partnerships, business development or a commercial role within travel, loyalty or another consumer-facing industry.

You’ll have a strong record of negotiating and managing high-value strategic partnerships, with the confidence to shape strategy as well as deliver it.

Commercial judgement is essential. You’ll understand how partnerships drive revenue and customer growth, and you’ll be comfortable owning targets and explaining performance to senior stakeholders.

You’re a clear communicator and natural relationship builder who can work across functions, represent easyJet externally and keep momentum in a fast-paced environment.

What you’ll get

>Competitive base salary + up to 20% bonus

>7% employer pension contribution

>Private medical insurance
