Business Analyst, Senior

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join an international team, working across product development initiatives within a modern SaaS environment. This role plays a critical part in bridging business needs with technical delivery, ensuring solutions are well-defined, validated, and aligned to customer outcomes. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will work closely with product managers, architects, and engineering teams to shape requirements, support solution design, and drive clarity across the development lifecycle. You will also play a key role in improving processes, enabling data-driven decision-making, and ensuring high-quality delivery outcomes. A Typical Day in the Life Includes: Collaborate with product managers to gather, analyse, prioritise, and document requirements Partner with engineers and architects to translate requirements into solution designs, including user interface mock-ups Communicate effectively with stakeholders and development teams throughout the delivery lifecycle Work with QA teams to ensure requirements are testable and validated Conduct acceptance testing to confirm solutions meet business needs Produce supporting documentation, presentations, and artefacts Basic Qualifications: Strong stakeholder communication and presentation skills Experience with business analysis methodologies, tools, and best practices Experience in data management, including databases and query languages Understanding of cloud-native architectures and modern data platforms Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capability Preferred Qualifications: Experience evaluating information from multiple sources and resolving conflicts Ability to manage multiple initiatives and prioritise effectively Experience working within Agile delivery environments
