About Neon Neon EVM is a high-performance, open-source platform for launching decentralized applications on the Solana blockchain using the same programming languages and developer tooling as Ethereum. Ethereum developers can scale performance, access new liquidity without significant code changes, and build scalable applications from day one. Responsibilities Work with product managers, product marketing, and engineers to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements Produce, prepare, review, revise, and maintain high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience, including user guides, integration guides, developer guides, API guides, in-platform documentation, and technical documents such as software and systems engineering, system operations, and testing Write easy-to-understand user interface text, online help, and developer guides Create tutorials to help end-users interact with a variety of applications Analyze existing and potential content, focusing on reusability and single-sourcing opportunities Create and maintain the information architecture Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals Gather customer feedback on documentation to improve the usability Qualifications 4+ years of experience writing technical software documentation in an IT development environment Experience working cross-departmentally to communicate the nuts and bolts of a product Ability to deliver high-quality and detailed documentation Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable through text and pictures Excellent/fluent verbal, written, and proofreading skills in English Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office / Jira / Confluence or Notion / Git and GitHub Basic familiarity with the SDLC and software development Experience creating infographics such as diagrams, screenshots, workflows, and graphs Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and the ability to multitask, meet deadlines and prioritize work Ability to effectively communicate complex technical scenarios to people with less technical knowledge Strong experience owning an end-to-end documentation creation process Nice to Have Basic knowledge of or experience with Web3 ecosystems and/or the blockchain industry Understanding of dApps architecture and ways of working with them, NFT, DAO, Tokens, and Tokenomic models Experience working with open-source projects A familiarity with API documentation for REST Experience working with Agile/Scrum software development teams Experience working with subject matter experts (SMEs) both in-person and remote Strong Plus Bachelor’s degree (BA) in computer science or information technology Ability to read some programming code Experience in presenting technical information in a live setting, such as classroom training, presentations, or video conferences Benefits Competitive salary Working in a disruptive and fast-growing industry where the possibilities are endless Fully remote: Your life, your way of working Freedom, autonomy, and responsibility
