Business Analyst (Vietnam)

We’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join the RNDpoint team on a complex project in the banking domain. This role is for someone who can make decisions, understands the technical side of the product, and can manage collaboration between business and development.

What you’ll be doing:

• Define the scope and structure of the project, break down tasks

• Maintain the product backlog, write user stories and acceptance criteria

• Model business processes using BPMN 2.0

• Create wireframes, UX concepts, and low-fidelity UI mockups

• Break down features for frontend and backend development

• Prepare technical documentation: data mappings, API specifications (Swagger)

• Work with integration architecture (REST/SOAP, JSON, XML, XSD)

• Contribute to business rules systems (decision engines, scoring models, limit calculations)

• Work closely with developers, solution architects, QA, and product managers

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in fintech or banking

• Is confident with BPMN 2.0 (Camunda, Bizagi, Draw.io, etc.)

• Understands system integration and technologies like REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, XSD

• Writes basic SQL queries and understands database structures

• Can describe APIs and prepare Swagger/OpenAPI documentation

• Creates clear wireframes and mockups (Figma, Balsamiq, Sketch)

• Makes independent decisions and takes ownership of results

• Speaks and writes fluent English (B2 level or higher)
