  • Work with business and technical teams to identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve interoperability between systems.
  • Troubleshoot complex application and integration issues, performing root-cause analysis across systems, interfaces and data flows.
  • Support appropriate integration controls, including error handling, monitoring, logging, reconciliation and operational support procedures.
  • Collaborate with external implementation partners and vendors to review proposed solutions, clarify requirements and ensure solutions align with organizational architecture and supportability expectations.
  • Support data migration, validation, testing, deployment and post-implementation stabilization activities.
  • Develop queries, scripts, or other technical utilities, where appropriate, to support analysis, troubleshooting, data validation, and automation.
  • Participate throughout the software development lifecycle, including discovery, requirements, solution design, testing, deployment and operational transition.
  • Maintain technical documentation and contribute to knowledge transfer across the Business Applications team.
  • Proactively investigate emerging capabilities within the enterprise application ecosystem and identify opportunities to improve existing solutions and processes.
