Business Architect

Hello There,

We are actively shortlisting an experienced Business Architect to join our client's Commercial’s End-to-End Architecture team in Södertälje, Sweden (Hybrid setup: 3 days/week on-site, 100% allocation).

Core Focus & Responsibilities:

• O2C Process Safeguarding: Represent and safeguard the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process within the Industrial ERP Backbone (IEB) program, covering sales of Trucks, Buses, and Power Solutions alongside Finance, Procurement, and Plan & Fulfill streams.
• Multi-ERP Integration: Ensure seamless E2E process integration across SAP S/4HANA and Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Commercial Backbone).
• Governance & Standards: Align external sales processes with inter/intracompany needs, establishing process documentation (ARIS/BPMN), global templates, and architecture governance.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate directly with Business Process Owners (BPOs), realization leads, cross-program process streams, and external Service Integrators.

Key Requirements:

• 8+ years of documented experience as a Business Architect focused on SAP S/4HANA O2C.
• Deep domain experience in Order-to-Delivery, sales, export delivery, and invoicing within manufacturing/automotive settings.
• Proficiency with BPMN tools (preferably ARIS).
• Ability to work on-site in Södertälje 3 days per week (preferably Stockholm-area based).
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
