Job Description Business Consultant Microsoft Power Platform Your Tasks Advise and empower business functions and cross-functional teams in the effective use of the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse Drive the adoption of the Microsoft Power Platform across HDI Global, particularly through citizen development initiatives and the use of Microsoft 365 applications such as SharePoint and Teams Contribute to the Center of Excellence (CoE) and actively support the evolution of agile ways of working Independently identify, analyze, and evaluate new business requirements, technology trends, and innovation opportunities related to the Microsoft Power Platform Further develop the functional and technical architecture while maintaining an end-to-end process perspective Design, develop, and implement innovative business and technical solutions, from initial concepts and prototypes through to production deployment Administer and continuously enhance the Microsoft Power Platform environment to ensure scalability, usability, and business value Your Profile Degree in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration with a focus on IT, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience in Microsoft Power Platform, low-code/no-code solutions, or process automation Strong IT affinity and a solid understanding of core technology concepts such as database design, algorithms, and software architecture Practical experience with Microsoft Power Platform technologies, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse, or comparable low-code and automation platforms Experience within the insurance industry is considered an advantage Ability to structure complex or ambiguous requirements and translate them into pragmatic, user-centric solutions Strong understanding of usability, customer value, and the commercial impact of technical solutions and requirements Proactive mindset and enthusiasm for exploring new topics, developing innovative solutions, and driving change initiatives forward Passion for emerging technologies and a strong commitment to continuous personal and professional development Openness, courage, and a willingness to give and receive constructive feedback on a regular basis Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken (minimum C1 level) Flexible working hours Flexitime arrangements and flexible working time models allow for a perfect work-life balance – however it suits you.
