What you’ll do

• C/DR Strategy & Governance: Define, maintain, and govern the overall Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery framework for OverIT's multi-cloud SaaS platforms.
• Business Impact Analysis (BIA) & Risk Assessment: Lead cross-departmental BIAs to identify critical business functions and enforce target Recovery Time Objectives (RTOs) and Recovery Point Objectives (RPOs) across all software delivery models.
• Multi-Cloud Resilience Governance: Partner with DevOps, Cloud Architecture, and IT teams to review technical designs (e.g., Multi-AZ, Multi-Region, failover capabilities) and validate that cloud architecture aligns with BCDR requirements.
• Test Orchestration & Validation: Plan, coordinate, and evaluate regular DR testing scenarios—including tabletop exercises, failover simulations, and full-scale continuity tests—ensuring technical teams execute tests and remediate identified gaps.
• Compliance & Audit Management: Lead BCDR compliance efforts, ensuring full alignment and audit-readiness with ISO 22301, ISO 27001:2022, SOC 2, NIST SP 800-34, and EU NIS 2 requirements.
• Supply Chain & Third-Party Risk Oversight: Assess and monitor the BCDR posture of critical third-party vendors and cloud service providers to mitigate supply chain disruption risks.
• Cyber Resilience & Incident Oversight: Establish BCDR governance around cyber incidents (e.g., ransomware recovery, immutable backup policies) and act as the BC point of contact during major disruptions or audits.
• Metrics & Continuous Drift Analysis: Establish Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track gaps between defined RTO/RPO targets and actual operational capabilities.
• Awareness & Culture: Design and deliver training programs to raise business continuity awareness and foster a culture of resilience across all corporate divisions.

What you'll need

• Professional Experience: 3–5+ years in Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, or IT Risk Governance, ideally within a SaaS or enterprise cloud environment.
• Cloud Architecture Understanding: Strong conceptual understanding of cloud-based infrastructure (primarily AWS, alongside multi-cloud SaaS/PaaS/IaaS models), high availability, and failover concepts without needing hands-on engineering skills.
• Standards & Compliance Mastery: Deep knowledge of international continuity and security standards, including ISO 22301, ISO 27001:2022, SOC 2 Type II, NIST, and NIS 2 directives.
• BIA & Risk Assessment: Proven experience conducting Business Impact Analyses and risk assessments tailored to cloud-native SaaS microservices architectures.
• Stakeholder Management & Orchestration: Exceptional ability to bridge technical teams (DevOps, IT, Engineering) and non-technical stakeholders (Legal, Customer Support, Executive Leadership) to ensure strategic alignment.
• Incident Management Leadership: Proven capability to govern crisis coordination and manage communication frameworks during operational disruptions.

• Competitive pay, meaningful growth opportunities, and a transparent approach to compensation. Salary ranges are defined for each role based on experience, competencies, responsibilities, and geographic location, with additional benefits and performance-based incentives depending on the position.
• The expected annual gross salary range for this position is €42,000–€62,000.
