PHOENIX Business Services is a Shared Service Center in Vilnius, Lithuania, with over 200 colleagues providing financial, accounting, procurement, and IT services to the PHOENIX Group.

But PHOENIX is so much more! Support us in supplying the people of Europe with medicine and healthcare products quickly and reliably - and experience a job that is as diverse as it is important. Here you can proactively master challenges, implement ideas, and drive change. Look forward to pure variety at a successful, future-proof family company, the market-leading pharmaceutical wholesaler in Germany, and at the same time, the best integrated healthcare provider in Europe.

The heart of the role

We are looking for Business Deployment Experts to join our international transformation journey and support the rollout of finance processes and digital solutions across the PHOENIX Group.

In this role, you will focus primarily on the deployment of Basware and the implementation of standardized Accounts Payable (AP) processes across the PHOENIX Group.

This is a role for someone who enjoys driving projects forward, working with diverse stakeholders, managing change, and making new ways of working successful.

Your responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate the deployment of finance processes, standards, and digital solutions across countries and business units, with a primary focus on Basware and Accounts Payable.
  • Plan and manage deployment activities, ensuring delivery against agreed timelines, scope, quality standards, and project milestones.
  • Act as a key link between global process owners, IT teams, external partners, and local business stakeholders to ensure smooth and effective implementation.
  • Facilitate workshops with local teams to assess existing processes, identify gaps, and support alignment with global standards.
  • Manage project risks, dependencies, and issues, coordinate resolution activities, and provide regular progress updates to key stakeholders.
  • Coordinate system testing activities, including SIT and UAT, ensuring business readiness, issue resolution, and alignment with business requirements.
  • Drive change management activities, stakeholder communication, and end-user training to ensure successful adoption of new processes and solutions.
  • Coordinate go-live preparation, deployment execution, and post-go-live stabilization (hypercare), ensuring a smooth transition to business-as-usual operations.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and system providers to identify, prioritize, and coordinate system enhancements and process improvements.
  • Identify opportunities for process standardization, simplification, and automation, sharing best practices across countries and deployment waves.

What makes you beat

  • Solid understanding of Accounts Payable (AP) processes, preferably gained in an international business environment.
  • Proven experience in managing complex projects, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, and driving successful implementations.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and workshop facilitation skills.
  • Experience supporting change management, training, and the adoption of new processes or systems.
  • Ability and willingness to quickly learn new systems and tools, adapt to evolving business needs, and take ownership of deployment initiatives across different platforms.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple activities, manage priorities, identify risks, and take ownership of deliverables.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured, proactive, and solution-oriented approach.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with international system rollouts or finance transformation projects.
  • Familiarity with testing, go-live preparation, and hypercare activities.
