This role will focus on driving business growth, forging strategic partnerships, and expanding market presence for our AI-powered facility management solutions . Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within facility management, real estate, and enterprise software sectors . Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the adoption of our AI-driven solutions . Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and industry leaders. Present, demonstrate, and position the value of our solutions in alignment with client needs. Work closely with internal teams (marketing, product development, and customer success) to refine go-to-market strategies. Negotiate contracts, close deals, and achieve revenue targets. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to provide valuable insights. Requirements: Proven experience in business development or sales of TRIRIGA, Maximo, IWMS, AI/chatbots, or related enterprise solutions . Strong understanding of facility management, real estate operations, and enterprise AI applications . Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently. Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field preferred. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with SaaS, cloud-based solutions, or AI-driven enterprise software . Familiarity with digital transformation in facility management and workplace automation. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead sales initiatives.
