Business Developer - E- mobility

Hey there! Are you a passionate, results-driven sales pro with a desire to save the planet?

We're looking for a true Sales Star to join our team and lead sales efforts for Greece. In this role, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, driving sales growth, and developing strategies to increase our presence in the region.

You will have a direct report to the South Europe Regional Manager and you will have the support of the Group structure both in Portugal and on the ground.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies
• Build and maintain solid relationships with key customers and stakeholders
• Collaborate with our internal teams both in Portugal and Greece to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform our next moves
• Keep track of your successes and share them with the team
• Represent us like a true rockstar at industry events and trade shows

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales; or strategy consultancy firm
• Native or fluent in Greek
• Fluent in English
• A gift for communication and negotiation
• Bold attitude to directly phone call everyone in the world - from Bill Gates to Man-next-door
• A proactive, results-driven mindset
• Experience in consultancy (specially in a big four) is highly valued
• A willingness to travel (and enjoy as much as we do!)
• Experience in the EV market is a nice plus
• CRM usage experience is mandatory! If it's not registered, it's not happening

Conditions:

• Fixed salary, plus monthly and yearly commissions, and prizes
• Paid expenses abroad
• Fully remote, with international travelling on a regular basis
