IT Business Consultant-Financial Applications

In the context of our continuous growth and development, SingularLogic is looking for a talented and enthusiastic IT Business Consultant to join our Financial Applications team.

The successful candidate will work closely with our customers and development teams, contributing to the analysis, design, implementation, and continuous improvement of our CFMS application and related solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

• Work closely with customers to understand their business needs, processes, and requirements.
• Participate in the analysis, design, implementation, customization, and parameterization of the CFMS application.
• Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications for development teams.
• Collaborate with developers to design and implement effective technology solutions.
• Ensure that delivered solutions meet or exceed customer expectations and business requirements.
• Work with users and stakeholders to define system requirements and resolve complex functional or technical issues.
• Provide consulting, guidance, and technical training to customers.
• Identify, track, report, and coordinate the resolution of issues in a timely manner.
• Gather and evaluate feedback from end users regarding system functionality and performance.
• Contribute to presales activities, including requirements analysis, solution presentations, and preparation of proposed solutions.

Requirements:

• University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of relevant professional experience as an IT Consultant, Business Consultant, or Business Analyst.
• Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Strong team player with the ability to work effectively in a multitasking environment.
• Customer-oriented mindset and strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent command of Greek and English, both written and spoken.

Nice to have:

• Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience with ERP systems, financial applications, or enterprise software.
• Experience in the Banking or Financial Services sector.
• Understanding of financial processes and/or corporate financial management systems.
