Your role here
As a Business Development Analyst, you will help drive organic, new account growth by connecting with potential customers and learning more about their packaging needs. - Partner with Regional and Divisional Commercial Leaders to determine customer placement, or as directed by your manager.
- Support ongoing corporate strategies and sales initiatives.
- Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) established by your manager.
Your experience and background
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable connecting with potential customers by phone, email, and social media.
- Ability to ask thoughtful questions and identify customer needs.
- Strong organization and follow-through skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with commercial leaders and other team members.
- Comfortable working toward established goals and KPIs.
- A proactive approach and willingness to learn about customers, products, and the packaging industry.
- Bachelor's Degree and lead development experience preferred. Work experience will be accepted in lieu of a degree.

Because we’re a well-known and respected leader in packaging, we have many opportunities here. We’ll get you started with an exceptional training program providing classroom, online and hands on work with colleagues.
